Dr. Nookey, an awkward doctor, is exiled to a tropical island after causing trouble in the hospital. There he discovers a miraculous slimming formula and returns to England to open a successful clinic. His former boss, Dr. Stoppage, tries to steal the formula. Carry On Again Doctor is the 18th film in the very long Carry On series. They are disconnected comedies, shot by the same director (Gerald Thomas) and with recurring actors.
In the fourteenth minute Barbara Windsor is lying on a clinic bed in extremely sexy heart-shaped lingerie. Fifty-eight minutes later two men enter a doctor’s office and find Barbara Windsor naked, framed from behind.
