Der Hauptmann (AKA The Captain) tells of a young German soldier who, in the final moments of World War II, struggling for survival, finds the uniform of a Nazi captain and, posing as an officer, quickly assumes the monstrous identity of the persecutors from whom he was trying to escape.
At the ninety-ninth minute, a man enters a hotel room and finds Eugénie Anselin sitting naked on the bed, the sheet covering her breasts.
