The film, an adaptation of Alberto Moravia’s novel of the same name, follows the story of Desideria (played by Lara Wendel). The protagonist, in an act of rebellion against her adoptive mother (Stefania Sandrelli) and the upper middle class to which she belongs, decides to embrace terrorism and prostitution as extreme forms of protest and revenge.
In the seventh minute a girl enters a bedroom and finds Stefania Sandrelli and Marcella Petrelli in a bed, naked, together with a man. It is a threesome, and it is also one of our erotic dreams. Eight minutes later Lara Wendel enters the bathroom wearing a semi-transparent robe. The actress undresses in front of the mirror above the sink and shows us full-frontal nude. After another eight minutes Lara walks around the house wearing a bathrobe open at the front. A moment later Stefania Sandrelli removes her bathrobe to help her dress. Three minutes later we see Lara Wendel naked again. The actress takes off all her clothes except her pantyhose (with no panties underneath), then faces the balcony. Thirty-five minutes later Stefania Sandrelli sits on a white sofa. A man kneels in front of her and sticks his head between her legs to perform oral sex on her. Suddenly she turns around and lies down to be taken from behind. Six minutes later, Lara Wendel walks around the house totally naked. Ten minutes later, in the last hot scene of the film, a man pulls off Lara’s jeans, makes her lie on a bed, and has sex with her.
