Sergio Martino takes an empty apartment and a tennis court and makes a comedy of misunderstandings through the performance of a trio of comedians and two stunningly beautiful actresses. Andrea is married to Virginia (Moana Pozzi) and is looking for a house. In his inspections he meets a former high school friend, Teresa (Tinì Cansino).
