In Gola Profonda Nera (AKA Black Deep Throat) Claudine (Ajita Wilson), a young black journalist, investigates actor José Depardieu, uncovering his involvement in drug-fueled girl parties. During the investigation, Claudine faces professional and personal difficulties, including traumatic memories that trigger nymphomaniacal behavior. Blackmailed and forced to participate in an orgy, Claudine discovers that the experience helps her overcome childhood traumas. Initially, Guido Zurli (under the pseudonym Albert Moore) was assigned to direct the film. The director, however, is almost immediately hospitalized with an ulcer. Mario Bianchi takes his place. The film suffers numerous cuts due to censorship and there are several versions in different lengths.
