Introducing Dorothy Dandridge is a 1999 television film about the life of American actress and singer Dorothy Dandridge, played by Halle Berry. It is about her 1954 Oscar nomination, the first time for a black person, her troubled marriage to director Otto Preminger and her mysterious death.
