A missionary priest returns home after a long period spent in Africa. He is full of doubts and his vocation falters. He seeks serenity in his family’s home in Rome, but instead, he will find himself immersed in problems. The father has remarried to a Moldovan thirty years younger than him, the brother is on drugs, the sister is greedily worried about the future inheritance that the father is squandering together with the Moldovan.
