The long original title is Joan Lui – Ma un giorno nel paese arrivo io di lunedì. Joan Lui, a Christ-like character, arrives in a country ravaged by violence and other social problems. Devoted believers start following him, and he attracts the attention of many people, including an entertainment manager and a left-wing journalist. However, the Evil One, a representation of Satan, tries to stand in his way.
