In early 20th century Sicily, a guy studying medicine is enchanted by the fascination of the newborn cinema. The guy abandons his studies to devote himself to a career as a director. His first work is inspired by the biblical episode of Susanna and includes a nude scene, which he shoots without the protagonist’s knowledge.
