La belle captive (AKA The Beautiful Prisoner) is a surreal tale inspired by the paintings of René Magritte. A man finds a badly injured woman in the middle of the street. He rescues her, takes her to a mansion with the intention of calling a doctor, but is locked in a bedroom with her. They make love and he has visions of surreal images from the paintings of René Magritte. A great what the fuck with the addition of nude Gabrielle Lazure.
The first nude comes in the 20th minute. Gabrielle Lazure is lying on a bed totally naked. The protagonist approaches her and has sex with her. Sixteen minutes later Gabrielle is on the beach wearing a completely transparent white dress. Ten minutes later the actress is wearing the same dress in a series of visions of the protagonist. Throughout the film these visions are constant and we see Gabrielle Lazure naked on the beach, on the bed, levitating… Until the protagonist wakes up and it seems to have been a dream. But the film is not over yet.
