Outlander is a television series based on the novels by Diana Gabaldon, combining history, adventure, romance, and a touch of the supernatural. The plot follows a World War II nurse who accidentally travels back in time to 1743 Scotland, where she has tumultuous adventures and meets her great love. The quality of the series is not in question, while unfortunately the sequences with nude actresses have dropped precipitously (the first and third seasons had the most nude scenes).
