Paramedics is a horror movie. Two brothers pretend to be paramedics and collect victims with their ambulance, which they kill instead of helping them. Then, they sell organs on the black market. But when they kidnap Cindy they feel a strong infatuation and fail to kill her. We will soon discover that Cindy is much stronger and more determined than they are.
