Queen & Country is the sequel to Hope and Glory, a 1987 film about the childhood of Bill, an English guy during World War II. Bill, now grown up, is drafted into the army where, along with his quirky friend Percy, he faces arrogant officers and the absurdity of military life. In between their rebellions, the two seek leisure and amorous adventures in the nearby town.
