In Sex Appeal, young Tony Cannelloni wants to detach himself from the hegemony of an overly possessive mother. He leaves home and rents an apartment, then changes his look to be more glamorous. He begins to meet women and invite them home, but each time his sexual relations are interrupted by some inconvenience.
