Spies Like Us (1985)

Two completely incompetent candidates, Emmett and Austin, are recruited by the CIA and launched on a mission to Pakistan, then Afghanistan, where they discover they are only decoys to distract the Russians. Meanwhile, two real agents must steal a Soviet missile launcher to test a new American orbital laser.
In the ninth minute Heidi Sorenson shows us a beautiful cleavage in a white bra. In the sixty-ninth minute, two men spy through binoculars on Vanessa Angel, who emerges from a camping tent wearing panties and a see-through bra. In the eighty-eighth minute Vanessa comes out of the tent again wearing a transparent bra. This time there is a man with her.
