Annika Bengtzon is a character created by Swedish writer Liza Marklund. She is an investigative journalist who works for a Swedish newspaper and often finds herself involved in investigating complex crimes, putting her own life at risk. A series of six television films starring Malin Crépin in the title role was produced in 2012. Studio Sex is the third film in the series (the first two have no nude scenes). Back in Stockholm after vacation, journalist Annika Bengtzon investigates the murder of a young woman found naked in a park. The victim is Josephine, recognized by roommate Patricia, who reveals a connection to a nightclub called Studio Sex. Between silences, stripteases, and an ambiguous boyfriend, Annika delves into a dark world.
