Torrente: El brazo tonto de la ley (AKA Torrente, the Dumb Arm of the Law) is a black comedy written, directed and starring Santiago Segura. José Luis Torrente is a racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic and fascist former police officer. With the help of a nymphomaniac neighbor the man tries to uncover the shady dealings taking place in a Chinese restaurant.
