In the late 1950s, in the town of Châteauroux, the lives of Rachel (Virginie Efira), a simple clerk, and Philippe, a promising young man from a wealthy family, become intertwined. Their relationship leads to the birth of Chantal, but Philippe shirks marriage, leaving Rachel to face the challenges of motherhood alone.
In the ninth minute Virginie Efira is lying naked on the bed having sex with a guy. After sex, the two remain lying in bed, naked, and he caresses her body. First her breasts, then between her legs.
