Vice Academy Part 4 (AKA Vice Academy 4) is the fourth installment in the long saga that began with Vice Academy. The villain Malathion (Julia Parton) was arrested in the previous film, but she has escaped, is furious and wants to ruin the marriage of the police commissioner. Candy (Elizabeth Kaitan) and her new partner Samantha must succeed in stopping her criminal plans.
In the third minute of the film Julia Parton is sitting in a makeshift electric chair in the typical attire of the condemned prisoner: a tight bikini. Never fear: Julia is not electrocuted, but manages to escape. Shortly afterwards the actress enters a garage and shows her big boobs to a mechanic to seduce him. Three minutes later Veronica Carothers is lying on her stomach while Robin Sheridan is getting a tattoo on her ass. Veronica does not like the tattoo and the two end up arguing. During a brief catfight on the couch Robin gets a boob out of her red dress. No one undresses for thirty-two minutes, then Elizabeth Kaitan enters the garage and shows her tits to the lucky mechanic from the beginning of the film. Unfortunately, Elizabeth puts her clothes back on almost immediately.
