Some American tourists vacationing in the Caribbean take an overnight trip to a nearby island and witness a local voodoo ritual. Soon after, they find themselves stranded on the island and attacked by unseen enemies. The vacation turns into a nightmare.
Immediately after the opening credits, the camera takes us to the shower where Rita Jenrette is washing naked. A man wearing a tribal mask approaches the shower stall and suddenly opens the door, causing Rita to scream in terror. It is a prank, and she chases the man to the bedroom, where she begins to make out with him on the mattress. A phone call interrupts the scene. We see Rita Jenrette naked again in the tenth minute.
