For the past several years, Agent Jack Cates has been on the hunt for a mysterious smuggler called “Ice Man.” During an operation, Jack is forced to kill one of Ice Man’s men, discovering that the objective was to eliminate Reggie Hammond, the former accomplice who had helped him years earlier. Jack seeks out Reggie, who is about to be released from prison, and he initially refuses to cooperate. Then Reggie admits that Ice Man was the boss he had robbed in the past. Together and with the help of one of Jack’s colleagues, they embark on an adventure full of twists and turns to stop Ice Man.
