Former thief Quint is forced by an FBI agent to steal a tape of incriminating evidence from a suspicious company. The thief is caught in the act by a guard, a ruthless former colleague. Fleeing the crime scene, Quint hides the tape in the “Black Moon,” a prototype hydrodynamically powered super car. Soon after, this car is stolen by Nina (Linda Hamilton), who works for a famous car thief. Now Quint has to steal the car.
