The trend of making cinematic remakes of 70’s TV series certainly couldn’t exclude CHIPS. There isn’t much of the original series, though, and even the iconic agent Frank Poncherello in the film is actually an undercover FBI agent.
There is a lot of action, but we focus on Kristen Bell and Vida Guerra. Kristen does not undress, unfortunately, but she is really super sexy in the lifeguard suit. Instead, we can admire Vida Guerra naked at the beginning of the film.
