Dance Macabre is a horror thriller in which a former étoile, Madame Carrère, runs a dance school in Russia, preparing young dancers for an important competition. Tensions rise when an American student, Jessica, arrives and begins to uncover the school’s dark secrets, including mysterious disappearances and gruesome deaths.
