Miriam Rossi (Miriam Axa) arrives in a small island town to take over the hotel she inherited from her grandfather. She is rudely greeted by the mayor, who owns the only other inn in the village. Complicating matters is the arrival on the island of a woman (Katy Turner) intent on buying up and destroying half the village for a development project.
In the eighth minute Cinzia Scalzi is having sex in bed with a man. The two are very passionate, but their performance is interrupted by two people entering the room. One minute later Miriam Axa gives us an exciting full-frontal nude while she is showering. In the next scene, Elisabetta Lupetti and Anna Gaver are kissing and caressing in bed, both naked. Three minutes later, Elisabetta Lupetti pulls down her shirt in front of a man and shows him her breasts, then lies on the couch waiting for him to make his move. In the following exciting scene Miriam Axa has sex with a man in the hot tub. A couple of minutes later Katy Turner enters a room with two guys and has them undress her. Threesome follows. We find Katy Turner naked again in the following scene. The woman undresses in front of a city hall employee to arouse him, then has sex with him doggy-style. A minute later Cinzia Scalzi is sunbathing on the beach. When a man joins her she removes her swimsuit to have sex with him. Later, Katy Turner is on a speedboat in a bikini with a man. She removes her bra and tries to seduce the man, who does not accept. Six minutes later Miriam Axa gives us the last fuck of the film.
