In the early 1970s, director Sergio Garrone made twin films shot and co-produced with Turkey. The first is La mano che nutre la morte and the second is Le amanti del mostro. For the latter, sequences from the first film were recycled and sequences shot later in Italy were added.
The main character is a man who goes to live with his wife (Katia Christine) in his late father-in-law’s mansion and finds his diaries. The man resumes his father-in-law’s dark experiments, transforming himself into a kind of Mr. Hyde-style monster, mad with jealousy for his wife.
The only nude scene takes place in the last minutes of the film. In the 77th minute, the protagonist rips off Katia Christine‘s dress, revealing her breasts, then throws her on the bed and has sex with her.
