A truck driver from Milan has an adventure in Sicily with Rosalia (Christiana Borghi), but when her brothers find out, he is forced to marry her. Returning to the north with his new bride, he is abandoned on their wedding night. Rosalia finds work in photo novels and – with the help of a model (Maria Pia Conte) – loses all her inhibitions.
