Camille (Pascale Bussières) is a conservative woman who teaches at the university. She is engaged to Martin and they are supposed to be married soon, but when Camille’s dog dies she realizes that her love for her dog was much greater than her love for her fiancé. While Martin is away from home, Camille meets Petra (Rachael Crawford), a free woman who works as an acrobat in a circus. And she becomes infatuated with her.
At the beginning of the film Pascale Bussières swims totally naked underwater. Her image is slightly distorted by the sea waves. For another nude scene we have to wait almost fifty minutes, when we finally watch Pascale Bussières naked riding a man lying in bed. Four minutes later, Pascale Bussières and Rachael Crawford kiss and caress each other in a beautiful, long lesbian sequence. Eleven minutes later we see Pascale Bussières lying on the bed, she is topless and moaning, giving us a hint that someone has put their mouth between her legs. In the next scene Pascale and Rachael are naked and embracing under the covers. Pascale’s breasts are visible.
