Paranoia is the third – and most successful – sexy thriller in a triptych by Umberto Lenzi, which begins with Orgasmo and continues with Così dolce… così perversa (AKA So sweet… so perverse). A woman is invited by her ex-husband to spend time in her villa, immersed in the marvelous setting of Palma de Majorca. Ex-wife and current wife soon become friends and decide to kill the man, both driven by hatred towards him.
Also in this film, we can admire Carroll Baker, the only woman to undress among the various actresses.
